Total Mileage = 40 miles

Time = 5.65 hr

Climbing = 2860 ft

Little bit of a slow running week last week. Wasn’t able to squeeze out much of a long trail run on Saturday, so I had to settle for running up and down Queen Anne hill four times. This is a very quick and efficient way to gain 1200 feet of climbing. Looking forward to hitting the trails again next weekend!
