White river training run

Today I ran somewhere around 20 miles with about 4000 ft of climbing with John on the White River course. We got turned around by snow, otherwise we had planned to run the whole first half of the 50 mile route. Wore my new balance mt101s and loved every minute in them. I also think I’m getting closer to finalizing my fueling strategies for the race. Pretty sure that it will be all about the EFS liquid shot in a refillable flask and carrying approx 40 ounces of water.
